B: vanilla Premier RTD shake

Snack: banana

L: tarragon chicken salad sandwich (I was supposed to have another protein shake for lunch but I lost track of time at work and then was starving so I went to a deli a couple of blocks away)

D: chicken with bruschetta spooned on top

 

So not a great day due to having a sandwich for lunch instead of a protein shake, but not a completely terrible one either.

Hi Roz,

I do actually forget to eat sometimes but only if I am shopping or really busy at work.  I had to travel today, wish I could count those miles as exercise!!

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
B:  Peanut Butter, SF Jelly on 2 slices of very thin wheat bread(better than 1/2 sausage biscuit)
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L:  Low Carb Meatballs in marinara sauce  & cheese
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
S:  2 flourless PB cookies
D:  1 grilled pork chop
S:  Decaf Coffee or maybe greek yogurt w/ sf pudding & Fat Free Whip Topping

Vitamins:  Done
Water/Fluids:  105 ozs
Miles:  Well I drove 200 miles too bad that does count - Nothing otherwise...
