L: tarragon chicken salad sandwich (I was supposed to have another protein shake for lunch but I lost track of time at work and then was starving so I went to a deli a couple of blocks away)

So not a great day due to having a sandwich for lunch instead of a protein shake, but not a completely terrible one either.

I do actually forget to eat sometimes but only if I am shopping or really busy at work. I had to travel today, wish I could count those miles as exercise!!
