Good Morning. Your favorite protein coffees and shakes
Here's mine. Please add yours.
Stuff you need:
20oz blender bottle with wire ball
Brewed pot of your favorite coffee. Mine is chocolate raspberry.
The biggest coffee mug you own.
In the blender bottle w/wire ball, add 2 oz of heavy whipping cream and 2 oz of water. Add a heaping scoop of Syntrax Nectar vanilla protein powder, a packet of Truvia and a good dash of cinnamon. Secure the top of the blender bottle and shake for 5 seconds. To this protein slurry, either carefully pour your hot coffee in on top, secure and tilt a couple of times to blend, or pour your protein slurry into your huge mug, pour the coffee in on top of that and stir. There you go, protein coffee. ![]()

Good Morning Gina!!!! I wish I liked coffee because that sounds wonderful!!!
I make my Protein hot chocolate by mixing together a 1/2 mug of "no sugar added" hot chocolate and 1/2 shaker bottle of warm water with Matrix Mint Cookie or Chocolate Protein in it. Usually I put it back in the microwave for a few more seconds. YUM on a cold evening!!

Sometimes I am very envious of you DSers who can have heavy cream with no thoughts about it.
I make mine a little different so here is what I do. I use all water unless I am trying to add calories, protein, calcuim, etc.
Protein coffee or hot chocolate
mix 1.5 scoop of protein powder into 1/2c of warm water with a spoon to make a slurry. Can be mint cookie, vanilla, chocolate, chocolate carmel, whatever. All of the syntrax flavors mix easily with a spoon. the 25 cal hot chocolate powder is much harder to mix than the protein.
Use as creamer for 2 large cups of decaf. A hint if you like cinnamon. Put it in with the grounds when you brew the coffee. then it isn't floating around. If making hot chocolate, add to 2 cups of ho****er.

Here is now I make my protein coffee:
Brew my cup of coffee(I have a Keurig and love it!)
In a measuring cup pour 1/4-1/2 cup of Hood Calorie Count Down Milk, put in 1 scoop of Syntrax Nectar Cappaccino Protein, mix until thoroughly dissolved.
Pour this mixture into my hot coffee, top with some fat free whip cream. YUMMY!
For my cold protein drinks I use my Magic Bullet. In one of the blender glasses, put 1/4 - 1/2 cup of the Hood Milk, add Syntrax nectar Chocolate Truffle Protein, mix just a little until dissolved, add crushed ice and blend until ice is crushed and mixture is milk shake texture. Add a little fat free whip topping and you have a great chocolate milk shake.
