Vitamins

I got my order of vitamins from vitalady the other day and trying to figure out how much of what I'm suppose to be taking. I bought the 3 month DS plan. How many calcium citrate is everyone taking a day? I also had no idea how much of the B1, folic acid and K1-1000 I was suppose to take. Any help would be appreciated.

Oh what a morning. I remembered after fixing them that when I got my order from vitalady they said their printer was down and had sent me attachment. Well low and behold thanks Gina it was the same thing you just sent me. I got most of my pills all fixed and realized I had to take 10 and 12 of certain pills and there was no way the med center I ordered was big enough sigh. I took all the pills out put them away and am in the middle of sending back the med center to get the one that says it has extra large boxes. I will be glad to get organized with my DS but it sure has been slow in coming for me or maybe I'm a slow learner.

It's definitely a trial and error thing - I couldn't tell you how many vitamin holders I have - used, got new ones, etc.  You'll always see something you think will work a little better.
