Well, I'm with all of you decarbing.... 

Stress, stress and more stress for the last two weeks.  I think my honeymoon lasted longer than most and it is now OVER!!

Last week 128.5

Today 129.5

+ 1

I actually had a more successful week during the week but this weekend has been tough.

AMEN to the stress working on you...it does NOT help. Mine doesn't matter if it's the weekend or not but then staying at home will do that, all your days run together after awhile. If it wasn't for my phone/computer, I'd never know what day it was, LOL

Forgot to check my weight this morning.  Just did it now at 8:20 pm so is probably not exact.

Holiday carbs are finally out of sight.  That will help my mental health!!   lol

You did good this week. I really do not have a time for checking my weight, just AFTER a bathroom trip and before anything goes in my mouth!

Yeah, getting carbs out of sight does help a lot.

Well, over my 10 day vacation I ate a LOT of carbs. I didn't really watch what I was eating because I figured this would be my cheat week. I had occasional gas and bloating but it was totally worth it hahaha I expected with me eating horrible for 10 days that I would gain like 5lbs but I only gained 1lb lol I love my DS!

Yeah, Danni...we sometimes have to just give ourselves permission to enjoy food. Altho it helps if it's protein first but heck, I did not have this surgery to be on a lifetime diet...BTDT already since I was 12.

However, I need to go back to focusing heavily on the protein now and limit my carbs even if I don't actually count them up.

Yesterday 126.4 (amazing considering the BAD week I had last week.

(I was 125 this a.m.  Got a cold yesterday so I didn't have an opportunity to do any additional damage)

And I agree, the carbs must go.

Current BMI 20.4 as of 2/13/2013 (normal for the first time in my life).
