Hello to all of our Lightweights!!! If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!! Besides my tool, I count Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!! WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period!!!!!
Busy Saturday planned. It's going to be either a quick day or a loooong day. Depends on DH's shopping mood. SIL is going to try and fix my computer today....YEAh!

Brunch: 2 egg omelette (no milk) with spoon of tomato sauce and some part-skim mozarella cheese
snack: medium banana
I'm going for a long powerwalk soon, plan to have a premier RTD shake (160 cals, 30g protein) after I get back and out of the shower. Will probably have chicken and chopped apple salad for dinner, or a can of mexican tortilla soup if I feel like something warm. Another snack will be another banana, or an apple, or a shake if I'm really hungry. I will still be under 1200 cals in any case.
I actually find it hard to keep up my calories sometimes when I eat this clean and protein heavy. I'm right now doing a 2 shake per day plan to try to lose the remaining weight my insurance requires so I can be referred to a surgeon, but I felt off when I woke up so didn't eat anything, then I was absolutely starving so made eggs instead of eating a shake. The plan was actually made for diabetics (which I'm not) but I'm finding it a relatively good fit for me. Even though it calls for some grains and stuff a lot of the time I ignore that because I have so much trouble regulating those foods.
On the bright side I did lose just under 5 pounds in December despite all the holiday foods (I didn't avoid all of them, not gonna lie!), and today I am stiff and sore from all the squats and lunges I did with Jillian Michaels. I love that feeling
