Have a surgery date...2/26 and some questions

Thanks Majormom. I just looked at the list of vitamins fit the ds (the bottom link). It does look intimidating. I dont know if I can fiqure it out. Im getti g nervous, but I know the Ds is for me. Im so afraid I wont get the vits right.

I see the Rny list is just as long! Glad I don't mind taking pills!

Welcome to the LW Board.  I was 55 and had RNY 3 1/2 years ago. 

I had lost 51 pounds at 3 months out, but 14.5 of those were before my surgery.  We all loose at different rates so it would be hard for anyone to guess what your loss might be.

If you have arthritis sure you know that your medicines are very limited with RNY.  We cannot take Anti-Inflammatory medicines such as Aleve or Advil.  I would really discuss this with your surgeon.
