Sorry, just seeing your question. I mix a scoop of Syntrax Nectar vanilla with a little 1/2 & 1/2 and water...maybe 4oz worth. A dash of cinnamon and a packet of Truvia, then I pour brewed coffee over top and stir.

I personally don't care for doctor oz I'm so tired of hearing all his "weight loss" ideas. I would love for someone to go back through every episode that he talks about weight loss and compile a list of all he recommends and see if any contradict themselves or if it would be humanly possible to incorporate all he says we should do.

I was cravings wendys so bad! I shouldn't have gotten that frosty, but at least I didn't get any fries. I love their chicken nuggets. I looked for these non-breaded nuggets that eggface found at her costco and said were really yummy, but mine doesn't seem to carry them =( I think I'm going to fire up the crockpot again this weekend and make a chicken something or other so I have something warm and hearty for the evenings.
Every time my mouse slides over your Profile picture it scares the crap out of me...LOL
I like Wendy's nuggest too but a frosty would make me dump big time.
Chickfilla makes good plan nuggets but I seem to leave there still hungry.

Hi Roz,
I didn't see him this morning, but he was on something yesterday talking about diet and exercise. The exercise part was interesting to me, because I need to get back to exercising. I think after having WLS, we can't go back to doing most of the things that are suggested because we need so much protein. I used to eat the Egg Beater Omlets in the morning, but like you they just felt uncomfortable unless I waited until later in the day to eat them.
