Menus and Miles Monday Jan. 7th

B- 2 eggs
S- protein coffee and string cheese
L-broccoli cheese soup with protein scoop
S-power crunch bar
D-turkey soup, 1/2 roll and string cheese
And power crunch bar

89 protein/ 56 carbs
Walked 20 minutes

I watched the program with the really obese woman (600 pounds) fighting for her life and then having gastric bypass. She eventually died 9 weeks after surgery. It made me sad bc I understand the addiction to food. Hit a little close to home.

AWE...that's sad. One of my best friends in school got extremely obese after high school. She was so bad it was heart breaking.  She died the week before she was suppose to have surgery.  The process would have been a long hard one for her with all of the hanging skin she already had. 

I'd like to see you with a higher protein total.  Maybe add one more drink.

I may do that, but don't set out to. My main focus is 55-60 g protein per day.  I probably eat more carbs than most because I run, but try to make those healthy choices.

B: protein coffee  20g

B: fiber bar, banana,

S: apple sauce, radishes

L: ham, one slice bread, cutie, carrots  18g

S: protein bar                                           15g

D: soup                                                       2g

S: popcorn
