Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!     

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period!!!!!

YEAH....It's Friday!!!    Enjoy the rest of the day and have a wonderful weekend!    We are suppose to be having a beautiful weekend with 58 degree weather.  It's pouring today...ugh.

I need someone to start M&M tomorrow.  We have to leave around 6am for a cheer competition.

Trying to eat every two hours and avoiding fruit after lunch.   We'll see how that works.  Always looking to perfect maintenance.  May be going out tonight with friends.  Going to avoid the margaritas.

You are doing a Great Job Lynn.  Sometimes our bodies need things mixed up a little.

At least you try to base your plan on Protein.  I think that's the key to success!

Hi Roz - I can start M&M for you tomorrow.

Working from home today - did ok eating until I got hungry for lunch, and well ate... and kinda didn't stop.

B - coffee

S - protein hot chocolate

L - chicken ala king (no bread) and an apple (had it portioned out - so that was a good thing - goes down very easy)

S - Atkins Chocolate Coconut bar

S - calamari

D - probably pizza tonight

Vits:  yes

WAter:  way low - left it in my car and don't want to go out and get it since it's raining...

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months.

Thanks Jody I appreciate you doing M&M!  

I love those Atkins bars but I can only eat 1/2 at a time.  I still dump on things like that.  Not as bad as I use to but enough that it isn't pleasant.

Raining here but is suppose to be a great weekend.  I went to water zumba this morning, woohoo.  Then tons of running around getting signatures and final stuff done.  I am far enough along that I will be able to drive my pony this weekend and still get everything done.

Good for you Price.  I would have to through the chips/cookies in the garbage in order to stay out of them.

I hope you are enjoying your weekend!  DH just got up (Sunday) and he said it feels like summer out.  Hopefully we can take the Christmas lights down today.
