Sunday Weigh In
Doing great and I see a new decade to play in very soon!

When I have trouble going, a stool softener and extra fat seems to "grease the skids" and make it happen.
Yeap, a lb in spite of not going is very good.

Add more protein! That may help jump start the loss again.

Linda, you may be like some of us and do better at 120-150 grams. Try upping it a few weeks and see what happens. You can always drop back later.

Linda, sounds like you are staying very busy! Holding steady is good in maintenance.

Last week 105
This week 106.2
Total change +1.2
I weighed 105 yesterday, too, so I don't think I have eaten over 3500 in one day. Not sure what is going on since eating has been difficult with all the pain and discomfort I have been experiencing. I cannot chew at all. I have found that I can eat more of the blended foods but I am sick to death of ricotta, Greek yogurt, pudding, oatmeal and shakes. That has been pretty much all I have eaten in 11 days and things aren't looking like they will get better any time soon. :(
