Considering I had a couple of bad days and haven't had a BM in a couple of days (come on MoM!!!) I'll take the 1 pound loss.

When I have trouble going, a stool softener and extra fat seems to "grease the skids" and make it happen.

Yeap, a lb in spite of not going is very good.

Last week 195

This week 195

I have been at 195 for weeks and I have been good. My body just seems like it doesn't want to give up the weight.

Add more protein! That may help jump start the loss again.

I get 90 to 100 grams per day the doctor said 100 grams so where should I be?

Linda, you may be like some of us and do better at 120-150 grams. Try upping it a few weeks and see what happens. You can always drop back later.

Hi Liz,

Congrats on the 1 pound loss!!

129 last week

129 today

At this point, I'm glad I stayed the same.  January is a tough month and if I can hold steady at 129 for the month I will be very happy.  Worked about 60 hours this week and probably that many for the next 3 weeks.

Linda, sounds like you are staying very busy! Holding steady is good in maintenance.

Last week 105

This week 106.2

Total change +1.2

I weighed 105 yesterday, too, so I don't think I have eaten over 3500 in one day. Not sure what is going on since eating has been difficult with all the pain and discomfort I have been experiencing. I cannot chew at all. I have found that I can eat more of the blended foods but I am sick to death of ricotta, Greek yogurt, pudding, oatmeal and shakes. That has been pretty much all I have eaten in 11 days and things aren't looking like they will get better any time soon. :(
