Welcome to the LW board...while I am a new RNY I am not so new to this board.  These LW's supported my every pre-op stage and I am certain they will be here for my every post-op stage.

I know they can be a big help with info and support for you too.

So happy to find this board!!!! I am a LW.. Bmi of 31.. Only have 60 lbs to loose.. Got my sleeve last week and could not be happier. Truth of the matter is.. I was classified as obese , I have struggled with my weight my whole life!! I also have lymphoidema ( limb swelling ) that made life uncomfortable. I had to be self pay.. But worth every penny. Pre& post ip diets already have me down to just overweight ! This is a tool, and I myself am happy to use it now , than later.

I had so many people tell me I did not need this.. But I needed to do something to turn my health around. So glad to find a board of understanding folks ! I am on my way!
