Congrats on the DGS. I just love my grandkids. Always have room for one more.
B: protein coffee + pear 20g
S: tangerine + fiber bar 2g
L: chicken with rice and beans/cucumber/tangerine 22g
S: radishes + protein bar 18g
D: cottage cheese + greek yogurt 24g
86 G protein; way too many carbs. need to overhaul my plan for tomorrow--decrease fruit and eliminatae either my protein bar or fiber bar--one or the other.
I might get one more but then they will all be done. They are all getting to mid 30's and fear complications.
I'd stick with the fruit and get rid of the bar. I very seldom eat Protein bars. Way to many carbs and just not enough Protein to make up for it. They also make me crave sweets.
