Century Club HERE I AM! Badge??

Okay darlings, I'm a member of the Century Club! I've lost 107 pounds so far & have reached my goal weight of 150. I am so happy... every single day I thank my higher power for this wonderful miracle of RNY (I had mine on 2/28/2012).

I've seen the Century Club badges on people's profiles... how do I get one?

I've seen this on the forum before but I just can't figure it out, no matter which program I use. How do I compress my photo for my avatar? I'm on a MacBook.

As far as a photo for the avatar. If you post it here inside your post, I will compress it for you. There are free programs out there online to do that but I don't know what they are. I use photoshop myself.

Here's the site I use for shrinking pictures.  Since I've been at goal for a few years now I've finally given up the dream of getting a gold apple for 100 pounds.  I think you copy and paste it somehow.
