I love it when our newbies join in...you are doing great. I hope you are getting all your fluids in each day.

I am...thanks...I switch off between sf flavored water and sf cran-cherry with vanilla protein powder....
I fix my favorite 16 oz glass (four times) and work on getting it all in in two hour increments (which is really no problem). I use the change over time missed towards my chicken broth or other sips taken in the bedroom area. I keep a plain 16.9 oz water bottle near me upstairs at all times so first thing in the am when the Bi-pap mask comes off I can get my juices flowing again...also at night sipping on it while preparing for bed.
I have remembered to stop 15 minutes before I go into the kitchen to make my pureed meal...and believe me I watch the clock relentlessly for 30 minutes to go by after swallowing my las***** bitty bite. Sometime I even set the egg timer in case I am napping in the recliner.
I love that you are keeping your eye on me...it makes me feel really good.
Thank you

Make sure you are getting all your fluids and protein...Log your food, esp to see how much protein you are getting.
You'll get there.
