I agree. 

Another good day here before the cold comes back.  Looking forward to getting another drive in after my meeting this morning, the muscle pump this evening.

Morning Gina,

I have part of the day off today.  Have to go in after lunch to work on the stage, meeting at 5:15 and play practice at 6pm.  We have to practice every night this week - which is a good thing for me!!

DD is coming this morning to print some birthday things out for DGD#2.  Hopefully she will go to the store with me.  I need to get a shower curtain for the bathroom that is being remodeled.  I looked Friday afternoon, but couldn't find one I liked.  I comprised with DH and didn't put the shower doors back up in that bathroom.

I did better with my eating last week, but still having a problem with snacking on bad things.  They have lots of snacks for practice and then I come home stressed so I want to eat until I go to bed...  Some days are better than others.  It will all be over next weekend.  Hopefully I can get back into my routine(rut) then!!

I'm guessing you must have liked your shower door.  I hated mine!!  I love decorating my bathroom. It's the only room in the house that I ever change..  I change my curtain and accessories (wall hangings, pictures, and things to sit around)  every couple of months. A few that I use are safari theme, hunting camp,  flower garden, flags for holidays, Holidays, watering cans for spring, butterflies,  Fishing trip, Rose Garden, Bamboo, etc.  I have a spot above the tub that I hang 5 things in my theme and when I find 5 of something I like then I look for everything else to bring it all together.  That's also when my tub gets a really good cleaning.   It makes me smile.

I've been doing much better at preparing.  It's just too easy to grab something that's not good for me if I'm not prepared.

I've been trying to find healthy snacks that I can enjoy without worrying about dumping and or making the scales go up.  I just can't do the Protein bars. Too many ingredients that I'm not sure of.  They also seem  make me want more which isn't a good thing.

Cold is already here this morning and gonna get colder tomorrow!

I'm focusing on protein today and trying to kick this cold/cough to the curb.

Hi Gina!

Been doing ok today - I resisted the steak quesadilla that was offered to me and ate my Smart Ones dinner instead.  I was pleasantly surprised it filled me up before I was finished with it.  It was pretty tasty.  Getting my 2nd protein drink in and NO snacking (yet).  That usually happens at night.

I'd like to stay busy tonight and have just another protein drink for dinner.  

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
