I brew a 5 cup pot of decaf. then I mix 1.5 scoops of protein powder, usually vanilla, in about 3/4 cup of warm water. I use that as creamer in the coffee. Sometimes I use chocolate or mint cookie. It ends up making 2 huge cups of decaf so I get lots of fluid and protein to start the day.

We had some bad winds and lots of rain, but no snow here!! I have a friend that lost several trees, luckily none on her house. They did get her greenhouse and her fence.
I am trying real hard to stay on track today and not eat the junk food that is left over from our Theater Event - lots of crackers and sweets...

Hi Roz. We're supposed to get snow tomorrow. Today I actually got outside and walked and didn't get blown away. It was breezy and the temps were falling. I'm glad you guys made it through your storm ok.
