Menus and Miles Friday Feb. 1st
Was on a semi liquid tour of foods Monday through Thursday. Amazing how little solids I was able to eat at lunch. today before I was full. Some might have called this a pouch test. I was just trying to lay low after eating a med pizza over Saturday and Sunday. Really showed me my pouch was working. I think I might need to shrink ?? it every once in a while.
