Menus and Miles Friday Feb. 1st

Was on a semi liquid tour of foods Monday through Thursday.  Amazing how little solids I was able to eat at lunch. today before I was full.  Some might have called this a pouch test.  I was just trying to lay low after eating a med pizza over Saturday and Sunday.  Really showed me my pouch was working.  I think I might need to shrink ?? it every once in a while.

 

B; protein coffee + bread with smart balance spread

S: protein coffee

L: tangelo + bean/rice/chicken--could only eat half----too full

S: protein coffee if I can fit it in later today

D: soup + greek yogurt + cottage cheese

LOL...I understand.  It takes me days to get rid of the bloat after having a carb feast.
