I had a revision from Lapband :)  it's nice to see other revisionists doing so well!  Thank you for the protein/carb/water advice.  :)

i'll just second what everyone else has said.  Just keep on keeping on.  You have the rest of your life.  this isn't something you are going to be done with, ever.  You are doing great.  Keep your protein up, carbs down, fluid in, and move.  You will get there.

I agree with the advise you have gotten from everyone else.  Keep on doing what you are doing.  Sounds like you are doing great!!

Congratulations on your 40 pounds - that is a great accomplishment!!
