Last night's support group was awesome. It was our annual Labs and Vitamins meeting, which will have to be continued next month because we were still going strong after 2 hours and we had only just started talking about minerals.  kiss

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries and another protein coffee (30g)
S - popcorn
S - JayRobb protein bar
L - protein shake (30g)
S - peanuts
D - ribeye steak and red taters
S - CarbSmart ice cream

Really was such a lazy day at home today...i didnt eat much which means LOW protein!

snack-2 cucumber slices with a bit of ranch/greek yogurt dressing

Hi Roz,

Wow, it has been a long day today.  I just finished working.  Left this morning at 7:15 and got home tonight at 6:30, then had to key some things in to print checks in the morning.  I need to go on to bed now, especially since DH is watching Duck Dynasty....

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee

L:  2 Meatballs, Marinara Sauce, Cheese
