Good Morning. I Need the Weekend
It's been a rather stressful week at work and I've been trying to reduce my grazing....not a great combination but probably good for me. I haven't converted anything to habit yet, which I understand take about 22 days to do. Can I cut back on the grazing with the stress for 22 days? Yikes!
Are you trying to make a good habit? What are you doing?

I'm trying to cut way back on carbs & sweets. I've eaten way to many since the holidays.
22 days - wow I guess I have formed some bad habits again....
So I guess I need to exercise 22 days for that to become a habit again. Well day 1 is down and hopefully this will be day 2.
Hope you have a better week at work next week Gina!! Get some rest this weekend.

So - what's the first thing I do before my coffee? Check my work email - it's done... I told Joe I wasn't doing anymore work today. I hope the weekend will alleviate the stressful week at work and not carry on next week.
Bad habits - oh I have them, and not all eating...

Stressful here too. 2 friends with businesses like mine are going under. It's not a friendly world for small companies these days in NC mental health.
carbs, sugar, yeah. trying to stay away from those. Good habits.....staying on program, exercise, food, sleep. If the weather would coopperate, ponies. I'm tired of cold and rain.

it's been a tough week at work after vacation. I so need the weekend. DH & I are going to Orange County **** to see the Stars on Ice show, spend a night in a great hotel across the street from the Honda Center, and we're going shopping/lunch at Miss Bobbie's Low Carb Shoppe. It should be a nice weekend. I do need to increase my walk/run mileage this week. I've got to continue to prepare for that 1/2 marathon coming up in June.
