Arctic Zero
I may be late to the party, but I wanted to recommend Arctic Zero ice cream. Granted it doesn't taste like classi**** cream, but the stats don't lie. And it may be a solution for those who have struggled with ice cream before. It comes in pints and can be found next to the Ben & Jerry's, lol In Denver its in my regular supermarket, a friend of mine in Manhattan could only find it in her local deli. So you might have to search a bit.
Info: fat free, lactose intolerant friendly, gluten free, about 4 grams of whey protein per serving (15 in the full pint). And it's low calorie. If you are having one of those days, you can graze on a full pint in a day and only waste 150 CALORIES in ONE PINT!!!
Respond if you've tried it with what you thought!

35 pounds of regain!!! 30 lost!!! Just a little more to go.
Thanks Lauren, I've never heard of this, but might have to see if I can find it. If I want ice cream, I usually get the Sweet Freedom bars. I used to make protein ice cream in the summer time as my treat at night, but last summer I just made frozen protein drinks.
My little town probably doesn't even carry this!!
I have seen this but it is pricey. Because of Linda, I make protein ice cream out of my mint cookie shake and eat it every evening as my treat, LOVE it and do not miss ice cream. I do wonder Linda how you make your frozen protein shakes as the protein ice cream is a bit labor intensive.
Lauren, glad you found a treat that you like that isnt unhealthy!

It looked good until I saw that it has sugar in it :( It has 5 grams per serving and with 4 servings in a pint that would be 20 grams, enough to make me good and sick. I wish there were more sugar free options out there.
