Hello to all of our Lightweights!!! If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!! Besides my tool, I count Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!
WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period!!!!
Happy Saturday! I'm not sure what our plans are today but I know it includes grocery shopping and visiting my Mom. I'm going to walk that looooong hallway to the tanning room and then grab a shower. Have a wonderful weekend...and Make Good Choices!

I noticed that about the chili today too... more spicy that the old version. Why they think they need to mess with perfection is beyond me. {sigh}

So I wasn't imagining it. I thought maybe it was because my tummy wasn't up to par yet after having the flu. I couldn't even finish a small one and had no desire to save it for later.
It is funny how it is different other places. In Atlanta I got really spicy chili and somewhere else I got really blah tasting stuff.

Hi Roz. Nothing much going on here since I can't drive. Nicole came to see me and help me with some chores, but I had them mostly done. I can shuffle around the house without the crutches now and it makes it easier... But eating... I KNEW this would be a problem... I might be going to her place tonight for a bit. They want to use my computer because I have tax software on it and they need to do their taxes.

L - pizza and cheesy garlic bread stix (and NOT just one piece either...)

We use taxact.com and it's free. We got our refund in a week and now if the weather would get nicer we could do some work around the house.
If you are going to be stuck in the house you need to decarb your kitchen....LOL
