Restaurant dining
So if you read my earlier post, you'd know that I was planning on eating a shell-less taco salad for dinner out tonight. But my sister and brother in law flip the switch at the last meeting. As usual they chose an ultra foo foo restaurant. There were six of us and I think there must have been 8 appetizers. Sounds bigger than it was. Anyway, I munched on ham, scallops, duck confit, it was all great. Then came my entree...about 3 ounces of delicious filet mignon w salad greens. I'd had such yummy protein to that point that I was happy to pass on the potato side.

Thanks Linda. I was lucky too that they chose a restaurant with good options. They knew I was back on the horse and thought of that when deciding. It's tough when you go to a restaurant that is carb heavy.
