Hi Roz! Just flurries here... nothing will accumulate. Had my first follow up foot appt and Dr said I'm doing great!
I tried a protein shake last night. Had a glass of milk and said "I may as well put some protein in it" - so a scoop of chocolate and a scoop of mint cookie - it was a big glass. I drank about a third of it - and DUMPED! My stomach was making all kinds of noises, nausea and I took a nap... geez....
B - coffee
L - spinach/feta soup (yum) and a small 3 cheese sandwich on a grilled pita. Ate half the soup.
D - leftover taco meat w/salsa and FF sour cream
Vits: yes
Water: low
HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"
Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so

Linda - it'**** and miss with me. Some days milk and I are fine together, other's, we're not. I just never know. When I get that "I'd love to have a glass of milk" I think twice knowing I could have "issues" - sometimes I do it, sometimes I don't.
I don't think this will make me swear off of milk... but lately protein powder and I don't agree. I don't want to think, after all these years of promoting protein that I can't handle it any more.
