WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period!!!!

Hi Roz,

I was so ready for 5:30 to get here today.  This entire day was just one thing messing up and then another.  Finally got into our accounting software around 3:15 this afternoon and had 2 hours to get everything ready to take to the other library tomorrow.  I got it done, hope it is right!!

My last cake decorating class was tonight and it was fun.  I'm going to miss it.

Don't they have a more advanced class you could take?  I've been thinking about you and your long ride.  I'm not sure I could do that.

YUM Pimento Cheese.  I haven't had that for a really long time.  I'm going to have to look up the stats and maybe get some.

You can buy a sample package on this link:   http://www.si03.com/reg_index.htm    12 flavors for $13.99 (includes P/H).

It is clearer not milk based.  90 calories, no fats, no carbs, no sugar and 23 grams of Protein per scoop.  I like quite a few of their flavors but the Lemon Tea is mild enough that I can drink it plan or I can add crystal lite or MIO flavorings to change it up when I get the urge.

They also make the Matrix brand.  I LOVE the Mint Cookie.  It is a little higher in calories and has a few carbs because of the cookie.

Vitamin Shoppe also sells it.  If you buy it in the store they will match the on-line price.  I buy mine 6 months at a time so I order on line where I can get it the cheapest.
