Good afternoon all. I've cleaned 1/2 of my apt. I'm pleased w my progress.

B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries and a protein coffee (30g)
S - fresh salsa and nachos
S - Shrimp Creole from Cheesecake Factory
D - leftover Shrimp Creole (hubby gets roast but I'm too full)
S - CarbSmart ice cream or a protein shake (30g)

4 calcium batches: done
iron: missed
evening batch: starting

Mmmmm....Cheesecake Factory. I'm always amazed at how large their menu is.

I left the house at 6:15a and got home at 7pm.  What a day.  I have no idea what all I ate but I did have 2 protein drinks.  Other than that cheese, nut bread, turkey sandwich no bread, peanuts, cookie, chips, cutie, hamburger steak, salad and I'm going to have a hot chocolate w/ protein before I crash into bed to do it all again tomorrow.  I am scorer for a big horse trial and I will be happy to get home tomorrow and be done with it.
