I wasn't up at 3am, but was at 5am cooking for my guy (while he slept later). I like feeling like I'm able to help since I'm not working.
On this morning's menu? Eggs, sausages and home fries. He's a lucky guy.
Now I wait, starving. I've got bloodwork to do this morning. And with a lipid panel on the list, I need to go hungry.

35 pounds of regain!!! 30 lost!!! Just a little more to go.
I have been having awful issues with sleeping - but for the past week or so it's gotten much better. Not sure why... But I also have many of those nights when I wake up and my mind just goes. When I was in Michigan I'd wake up at 1:30-2am... and go back to bed at 5:30... ugh...
Best Money Government Can Buy - yep - you hit the nail right on the head.

I get the bad habit of waking up every day at 2:30am once in a while. Funny enough, my sister always has the same habit at the same time. It used to drive me nuts, and make for a very long day.
My doctor said to just get up and start your day at 2:30am. It might happen the next morning, but then it stops after that. He said that was the best way to break the habit.
I didn't mind starting my day at 2:30 anyway. My mind was wide awake, and running through so many things that I was never going to get a lick of rest anyway. Might as well get a jump on the day.
