good to have you back, Roz.  I know the girls were proud.  And I'm sure the scale will head back in the right direction soon.

Drove Halley and have gotten some odds and ends done.  Still working on what to take, packing, food, etc.  I'm taking the 17 yr old who has been riding Poppy with me so I am trying to think about food in terms of my needs and hers.

Praise God for UPS delivery people!    It's terrible when I run out of Protein!  I messed up on this trip and took 2 bags of my Mint Cookie and instead of one of Lemon Tea so I probably didn't get all of the protein in that my body is used to.  I just can't drink chocolate all day.

I saw on my facebook feed that he had an interview. Do you know where it is?  I haven't been on yet today.  Has he heard anything?

He interviewed with some advertising agency one of his friends suggested. So, now he's waiting to hear something. He had another lead when he got together with some of his college friends and one of his professors. I hope his unemployment is short lived.

Who is this Roz lady that infiltrates our board?  kiss - Welcome back!  Glad to hear the teams did well.  I really understand the eating part - and I know you'll be back where you want to be soon.

B - coffee and some of my sausage/egg/cheese mix (not at the same time)

L1 - protein hot chocolate

L2 (offer I couldn't refuse) - sushi (quite a bit actually)... and miso soup

S - a few carrots and a slice of cheese

D - 1 1/2 innards of fish tacos and some ribeye steak; green beans and refried beans.  Quite the combo, huh?  LOL
