B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries and slivered almonds and a protein coffee (30g)
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
​S - popcorn
S - JayRobb bar
D - huge tossed salad with shrimp, chopped veggies and a boiled egg with a dressing of mayo and ****tail sauce and extra horseradish...YUM!

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting soon

So far we haven't gotten as much rain as predicted. DH got quite a few of the things down yesterday that I had on the list.  He does love to keep busy so I don't feel bad for him. Today I asked him to strip the bed but I'm not sure if that will happen....LOL.  He prefers outside work.  Before I left this morning he already had weed killer sprayed around the house and pool and was already back in bed taking a nap.  He wants to retire so bad next year but I can't see how we can afford it.

Breakfast: egg
Lunch: chicken breast side salad
Snack: apple
Dinner: cube steak, fresh corn on cob
Exercise: Zumba, Zumba core, kick boxing, yoga classes
Nothing tastes as good as this feels!
