4 Year Labs
Here they are for all you lab people out there. Tell me if you see something I need to improve on. I cut my Dry D3 down to 3 times a week and am thinking of increasing it back to daily. I hope this post where you can read it, sometimes I have problems with the spreadsheet posting.
Thanks
Linda

Maybe instead of increasing the D3 to daily, add one more day and see where it lands you. You are in the optimum range right now but it does drop quite easily.

Is your protein number right? 4.40? That seems awfully low to me, especially compared to the previous numbers. Your Albumin is good, though so I don't know what's going on. Your other numbers look good but it seems like you are missing things. Are these complete? Gina would have a link to what Vitalady recommends.

Most looks good to very good..
There are few I don't see that may be critical: B1, B6, B12 and PTH,
low B1- or B12 or no good.as well as high B6.. all will affect memory, nerves and low b1 and b12 may cause damage taht is irreversible. High b6 may make you toxic...
. and high PTH - will show if you calcium is good because you supplement of because your body is pulling it from bones.
Beside that - you ferritin is getting lower, = you may need to add more iron. and your proteins - may be a bit higher.. But Albumin is right on..

For the most part ~~~awesome~~~ : )
I agree with the young lady with all the initials in her name. lol Ferritin looks like it's trending in the wrong direction. What iron and how much are you taking now?
