Exactly the same flavor and size. I looked on the internet with no luck. Majority was the same price and a couple were a few dollars.

Nothing exciting today, have an issue at work that needs to be dealt with...but then weekend! Will be running around doing last minute stuff for vacation. Still need to find a black bathing suit bottom. Maybe hit Costco after the gym tonight!

Continuing my gym regiment and while I'm still weighing, I'm ignoring what it has to say. Even though I take Restoralax daily I don't see movement daily....guess it's just the diet.
Not much on the go today just work and then the gym.

S - 2 hard boiled eggs

Keep in mind, when you add or increase workouts your muscles grab onto water in your body to protect themselves. It'll work itself out! :) Hang in there.

Hello everyone....having a pity party this morning....two days of rocking it at the gym, and mindful eating, and the scale punishes me....BOO.
Meeting with a personal trainer tonight for a one on one consult and a mini workout with her. When I get back from vacation I will probably work with a personal trainer for a little bit to develop some workout routines. I'm just a little concerned my current calorie intake will not be enough to support the workout routine, and I'm not really interested in adding more calories.
Just work today, and then aforementioned appointment at the gym.

L - 4 oz chicken
