Not feeling too good today - been fighting sinus/cold stuff for the past 5-6 days and I think it's caught up with me a little. Tummy is a bit grouchy and only feels good if I'm grazing - not a good thing.... and of course what I graze on isn't good stuff :(
B - 1/2 coffee
L - 1 piece of pizza
S - a cookie (I need to get this junk out of the house but my Mom likes to eat them...) small quantity of potato chips.
D - either leftover chili, stroganoff or some leftovers from a luncheon last Saturday.

Water: doing pretty good

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

By 3:00 I was pretty much bored out of my mind!!!! I think my butt is actually sore from sitting so much today....LOL. DH got home and a little super then headed straight to his comfy chair and turned on the television. I'm going to post on here and then head for bed.
I'm not sure what you ate today....LOL. Sounds spicy though. I soooo miss my chili.

That would be really hard. My DH is a sweets and carbaholic but early out he would question or look funny if he thought I was eating something that I shouldn't be and I think that has really helped me stay on plan all of these years. If he has something I really like he doesn't have a problem giving me a bite and that usually satisfies me.
Boy I'm missing chili! I need to learn how to make some that won't rile my bladder up.
