Welcome back! It is possible!!

I would suggest over 100 grams of good Whey Protein drinks a day, go back to basics like small numerous meals based on Protein, use a small plate, don't drink with your meal, measure and weigh your food. I'm not a believer in exercise unless you are determined to do it for life. That seems to be one of the major reasons posters gain weight back. After they get to goal exercise is put on the back burner and the pounds start creeping back on.

Your success and posts could help soooo many people!

It's been way to long since I have been on this site.  I should have known better... I did know better.  I let my head get turned away.

I have a regain of 40 lbs.  I need to drop... today is the first day of that journey.

Back to the basics... water, protein, exercise and much much smarter choices.

weight: 185 lbs

I will be accountable!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.

I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Afternoon LW's!!! Beautiful Saturday! I might get my capris back out.

Topic: 8 Year Surgiversary!

WOW! Time went so fast!! I've been on Maintenance over 6 years now and other than the first two weeks after surgery it has been the most exciting ride I've ever been on.

I haven't struggled with regain. My personal goal was 125 and I have settled in the 118-120 range. I weigh myself every morning and if I see 121 I immediately go into extra Protein mode and carbs are cut back. It's important to stop regain ASAP.

I still believe in Protein Drinks and basing my meals on Protein. I also still eat numerous small Protein meals a day. I call them snacks on my LW Menues and Miles posts but they are scheduled like meals.  It's when I let myself get hungry that I make bad choices.

I'm sooooo Thankful for my Lightweights! You are such a big part of my Success!
