Welcome back! It is possible!!
I would suggest over 100 grams of good Whey Protein drinks a day, go back to basics like small numerous meals based on Protein, use a small plate, don't drink with your meal, measure and weigh your food. I'm not a believer in exercise unless you are determined to do it for life. That seems to be one of the major reasons posters gain weight back. After they get to goal exercise is put on the back burner and the pounds start creeping back on.
Your success and posts could help soooo many people!

Hi Everyone! My nephew is getting married this afternoon and its a beautiful in Southwestern Ontario!
Can't really meal plan as I don't know what they are serving at the wedding. I know what I have to do though!
B - 1 egg, 1 cheese slice, 20 gr bacon
S - Oikos greek yogurt
L - 2 chicken strips
The rest of the day is a mystery!
I have a protein bar in my truck and some cashews and pistachios, so I have snacks if necessary!
Have a great fall day everyone!
You are my inspiration, Roz. I'm so thankful for you!

It's been way to long since I have been on this site. I should have known better... I did know better. I let my head get turned away.
I have a regain of 40 lbs. I need to drop... today is the first day of that journey.
Back to the basics... water, protein, exercise and much much smarter choices.
weight: 185 lbs
I will be accountable!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
Afternoon LW's!!! Beautiful Saturday! I might get my capris back out.

WOW! Time went so fast!! I've been on Maintenance over 6 years now and other than the first two weeks after surgery it has been the most exciting ride I've ever been on.
I haven't struggled with regain. My personal goal was 125 and I have settled in the 118-120 range. I weigh myself every morning and if I see 121 I immediately go into extra Protein mode and carbs are cut back. It's important to stop regain ASAP.
I still believe in Protein Drinks and basing my meals on Protein. I also still eat numerous small Protein meals a day. I call them snacks on my LW Menues and Miles posts but they are scheduled like meals. It's when I let myself get hungry that I make bad choices.
I'm sooooo Thankful for my Lightweights! You are such a big part of my Success!

Hey girls, mixed emotions this morning.....pulled out a pair of my older (smaller) jeans this morning and they're too baggy....sort of annoyed me, dumb right? So I grab another pair I haven't worn in while and they were more than baggy, like fall off my hips and that made me laugh! Well then throw that dang scale in the mix and we have a whirlwind of pissed-offness!! I've been on plan all week and it will not move....oh if I shuffle it around the floor to a different spot it may lose a few ounces but come on!! END OF RANT
Put my new dress on for the hubby last night and he's like, look you've got hips!! Nice of him to notice!!
Nothing going on at all today, work or home....
B - 1 egg, 2 slices pemeal, 1 slice cheese
S - 4 slices cracker cut Colby Jack with 75 gr of kolbassa
L - 2 Italian chicken sausage
S - 1 buffalo chicken sausage
D - sheppards pie (3oz beef, 2oz taters)
S - hoping I don't need one, calories are high enough
