Afternoon LWs!!! I've spent the last 2 days writing thank you notes for flowers that were sent for my Mom's funeral on my lunch. I do appreciate all of the flowers, plants, chimes, etc. but what a chore! Fortunately 2 of my cousins new a lot of the addresses.
They raised the price of my Matrix Protein....ugh!!! I'm debating what I should do. I refuse to pay that kind of money so I guess I'm going to have to find something else I can enjoy every day.
Breakfast:
Protein: Matrix Mint Cookie 35g
Lunch: bacon, egg, cheese
Snack: Nuts and Cheese
Protein: Matrix Mint Cookie 35g
Snack: Apple

Hi Roz,
So sorry to hear about your mom. My condolences to you and your family. :(
I'll try to increase my protein. Thanks! :D

That's good you still drink your protein drink. I can't seem to function if I don't drink mine....LOL.
I'm sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. My Mom passed away and I've had a roungh time of it emotionally.
Any time during my losing stage that I stalled I increased my protein food for a few days and then dropped down. It worked every time.

Hope you start feeling better! The flu is going around our schools and two of the grandkids got it. It's pretty nasty. I'm hoping DH and I don't get it.
ISounds Good!

Good Day Everyone!
I've been fighting that damn cold that's been going around but I think it's finally settling in. You know I'm sick when I can sleep through until my alarm and say "screw the gym". UGH Thankfully today is Friday. I'm in a food rut lately, I went through some of my recipes last night and hopefully, if I'm not feeling like **** I can prepare a few new things on the weekend for the freezer.

I'm glad you are back! It's probably a big relief getting the training done.
I've been missing in action too. With the holidays and my Mom passing away I was pretty emotionally spent.
