Hi Roz,
I just saw your message now. Do you really think I should increase calories in protein form before dropping again? I had never heard of this concept but I am willing to try.
I proposed to myself that as of January 2nd, I'd cut out as many carbs as possible. No bread, pasta, crackers, sugar, etc. It's hard since my body is going through withdrawals but I need to clean my body of them.
I am in control. :)

Female, 5ft 1in. Highest weight: 215. RNY - 11.22.2007 at 211 lbs. Lowest weight: 111. Weight as of October 28, 2019: 149. Current weight: 145. Goal weight is 118 lbs.
Happy New Year! I spent my time between Christmas and New Years working non-stop on an online course. Finished it New Years Day morning...finally.

Hey All, back to work today and not enjoying it!! Hit the gym this morning so back to routine there too.
I was going to go and do a weight class tonight but I'm not feeling the motivation.

I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Morning LW's!!! My Mom's funeral turned out really nice. She looked Beautiful and so Peaceful.
Do you celebrate New Years Eve? My family all gets together and we play games and eat sauerkraut and pork. Once the ball drops at midnight after lots of hugs and kisses we all head home. I've got the kraut and pork cooking. DH insisted I make less this year so I'm using the crockpot instead of my roaster. He just asked me if I put hot dogs in it. I have to stop at the store and buy a pack. Apparantly that's his favorite cooked in kraut.

Good afternoon everyone! Going to get back to somewhat normal today. By that I mean plan my food and get my ass to the gym. I'm still off work till next week so that part of normal will have to wait. I have the insurance inspector coming to look at the house today...mandatory I guess for renewal. I guess I better get some batteries in the smoke detectors.
The holidays weren't horrible eating wise, I probably could have done better but the scale is still a little below normal so that's good.
20 + mos Post Op (playing with maintenance)
B - 1 egg, 1/8 cup egg white, slice of cheese, 2 oz raspberries
S - Oh Yeah One - Chocolate Brownie Protein Bar (after the gym)
L - 4 oz turkey breast, cucumbers, greek dressing
S - 30 gr old cheddar, 4 triscuits
D - 4 oz turkey breast, garden salad, balsamic dressing
S - Premier Protein Shake

Morning LW's!!! I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and looking forward to the New Year. Our house looked like a war zone from all of the celebrating. I got up early and got everything cleaned up. Yesterday My DD and I went through pictures all day for my Mom's funeral. Lots of great Memories.

WOW...All of the shopping, preparing, wrapping, and hundreds of giggles, hugs/kisses, and squeals MADE IT ALL WORTH IT!!! Today life goes back to reality. My daughters coming over so we can go through pictures for my Mom's funeral. I'm thankful I have my family to help me get through this.Breakfast:
