I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Good morning! I was up super early today because I had to take my Trucker to the airport for 5:30. He's flying to Calgary to see his daughter who is in the hospital. So that put me at the gym early, and now here at work. At least I can leave an hour early this afternoon however I wanted to do the 20/20 class at the gym again, but I really should just go home and look after the dogs. That's a long time for them.

Morning LW's!!! I hope you all had a wonderful Holiday!!! Thanks for starting M&M for me Ginny..... Life has busy Blessing us and Hurting us. Thanksgiving was wonderful! I cooked for 26 and had very few leftovers. Had a blast shopping with my girls on Black Friday. Then crap started happening. My hubby's sister has been in hospice and passed away from Cancer on Sunday and the funeral starts today. Her husband was in the emergency room at the time with a stroke and then returned to the hospital yesterday and they also found a heart problem. His sister fell yesterday and hit her head and she was also admitted last night. I have a big extended family but we are all close. I haven't gotten much sleep from because one of our nieces is having a hard time. She has a lot on her shoulders. Today is going to be hard for us all.
