Good morning Gang! I am soooooo freaking tired. My girlfriend texted me at 4:30 yesterday afternoon and invited me to the Dallas Smith concert. Of course I had to go. So getting home at 1:00 a.m. and up at 6 for the gym is not the best plan for the day! Hubby thought I'd skip the gym this morning and sleep in a little.....if you want to play then you gotta pay!! Did 4.5 kms on the treadmill. I am paying for it though because I just can't get warm today. Cold and damp out and lack of sleep. Nasty

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

How exciting!!! I don't know you personally but I know how dedicated you are even to our LW's!! So Proud when a women gets promoted!!!
I didn't get promoted but our office won the states bid to take over 4 more counties. I'm so excited!! With all of the states policy changes that are making things easier for our clients our office has been really slow so I'm really looking forward to being busy again.

Work is busy and interesting these days...I got promoted to Branch Chief, we have 4 new people and 2 of them are military academy graduates, and this month is our most stressful time of year.

Good afternoon Menu Peeps! I lied in bed this morning trying to convince myself to go to the gym. I didn't win. I decided to take my coffee to the hot tub instead. It felt so good on my legs! Today is my Trucker's birthday. We are going to Fromaggio's Pie Shack for dinner to have their 5lb+ deep dish pie. Google this place or do a FB search, the pictures look so delicious.
A few co-workers and I decided we are going out for lunch today for Chinese. They have pictures on their windows and when we walked by earlier this week the Szechaun Beef called out to us! LOL. I'll be mindful of my portion.
Anyhow for the eats today at Post Op RNY 18+ mos:
B - 2 eggs scrambled, 1 slice cheese
S - greek yogurt
L - szechaun beef
S - 2/3 of an egg smashed with mayo (left over egg salad) Premier Protein if I need it
D - the meaty/cheesy guts of 1 slice of deep dish pie! Mmmmmm
Definitely back to the gym tomorrow!!
No totals because I wouldn't know how to log my lunch or dinner.
