The surgery specific boards were awful back when I was a newbie. We thought we were the lightweight cool kids because all surgeries were here and we all got along. Amazing!

Good morning!

B- Steel Cut Oats (I know but I choose a complex carb meal once every blue moon for balance sake) with 2 tbsp of powdered peanut butter added plus 3 tbsp of milk

L- cottage cheese with syntrax lemonade stand protein powder

AS- same as above

D- 3 oz shrimp with 1 tsp of ****tail sauce

ES- Glass of Red Wine plus 1oz of cheese

Total Calories: 747 Protein: 94 Carbs: 44 Sugar: 3 Fat: 19

Exercise: Biked to work, this time on the city streets which was terrifying! I'm going to bike home on the street, but I'll use a route with dedicated bike lanes. My usual bike commute has been on the bike trail but it takes longer to get to it...

Good afternoon! Nice fall day here. Today is an Employee Appreciation BBQ in the park so lunch is up in the air.

B - 1/2 banana, beef meatballs

S - chicken salad

L - ??

S - cheese and 5 triscuits

D - chicken cordon blue

No totals due to lunch!

Have a good weekend!

Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!

I got that a lot too after I got to goal but now every ones used to the "thin" me. I actually worry if I'm up a pound and someone might think I've gained a pound or so.

I'm soooo glad you are doing good and your diabetes is still in remission!!!!

I've been working on increasing my water too. It keeps a lot of the cravings away.
