Glad to see you back Roz, and on such a high note! Congrats on your success.

Didn't sleep worth a darn last night, tossing and turning. Hence up a little extra early today so I took my coffee out to the hottub. So peaceful, although a little chilly getting in and out! Went early to the gym to get some extra cardio because I will forgo my lunchtime walk. We did 6.3 kms yesterday, and my walking partner doesn't like to do 2 days in a row!

B2 - 1/2 ww English muffin, 1 egg, 1 cheese slice

S - yogurt and apple slices

L - cobb salad, lettuce, chicken, ham, cheese, egg, ranch dressing (I'm on container overload today)

S - deli turkey (getting tired of this, need to find something new)

D - Lou's hand shaved beef (haven't tried it before we'll see)

Total Cal 1065, Carbs 63, Protein 100

Have a great day!

Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.

I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Morning LW's!!! Had my annual check-up yesterday and the scales haven't changed in the past year+......YEAH!! This morning it's showing 119 the middle of my "perfect" range....the morning doesn't get much better than that!!!

It comes back with a bang ! Personally I feel like I've been bedeviled by these huge ungainly boobz since seventh grade but they r very popular with the boyz grrr.

They ( unfortunately in my case- I LOVED the little firm teacup ones) do re- inflate .

In my case it was about. A year and a half out .

You're gonna do those things and much much more ! I totally understand your frustration I've heard it a thousand times from my very successful personal training clients - you're determined you're doing everything and the scale won't budge . The reason is muscle weighs three times more than the same amount of fat by volume.

The answer to how frustrated you're feeling is to go try on some jeans - you'll be amazaed at how great u look and how many clothing sizes you've dropped. (((()))) keep going !!!
