Roz, I see you were on earlier but didn't start the thread so here goes, as I'm leaving early today for a dentist appt.
Today is my FRIDAY! . Will make a trip to Costco tonight to pick up a few things for the weekend, going camping. Hard to believe that summer is over and tomorrow is September! I love the fall though and have a week booked off soon so I'm looking forward to that!
B - skyr with coconut clusters
S - summer sausage with old cheddar
L - 2 HB eggs, strawberries/blueberries w. cool whip
S - premier protein shake
D - chicken sausage
Total Cal 1026, Carbs 36, protein 99
Have a wonderful day.
I COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND!! AT 8+ YEARS i KNOW MY LIMITS THAT KEEP ME FROM DUMPING AND IN MY "NORMAL" WEIGHT RANGE. SOMETIMES THOUGH WHEN I HAVE TEMPTATION OR I'M EATING WHILE CONCENTRATING ON SOMETHING ELSE AND IF I EVEN TAKE 1 EXTRA BITE OF FOOD, SWEETS OR GREASE I STILL GET THE SHAKES AND NAUSEATED.

I'm still so early on in this process that I find I am not (usually) tempted by bread. I'm sure that will get more and more difficult as the years move on, but with the steady loss happening now its easy to stay focused and on track

Love the variety!!
I don't think I could pass up fresh corn on the cob..... (me gobbling it off of the ear..lol) We've had it about 4 times so far this summer (grandkids love it). The neighbors is just ready to be picked so we will probably have it a few more times. Love when it comes from the stock and straight to the corn pot.

Sorry for the lose of your friend. Cancer is a horrible thing. My Dad passed away from it when he was 46. That's how old one our son-in-laws are and we think of him as a kid.
Menu sounds delish!
