I plan on using the free gym membership to keep me motivated.
Eat healthy, MOVE more
Eat to live and not live to eat
pre-surgery diet calories between 1200 to 1500 per day and log everything
Walking around the block and eating lots of fruit and ice water.
Work Hard and stay focused!!!
Not only will WLS help with my weight but also allow me the opportunity to be eligible for knee replacement surgery. Surgeons don't want to touch me until I lose weight. I want to stop the daily pain...so my motivation is quite strong.
By trying to love myself more one day at a time!
Keeping working out and sticking to the plan.
Acknowledge and celebrate the progress along the way: every 5 pounds lost, every additional minute spent on the elliptical, being able to wear the clothes from my wardrobe that currently don't fit, etc.
Stay on track by following the plan my doc has set for me.
Drink my water and fluids and eat my protein fruits and vegetables
High protein, low carbs... limiting sugar and caffeine. I have to take better care of me!
I need to eat smaller portions and use my rebounder daily...
Smaller portions and daily physical activity
No plans just eating reduced portions, need to weigh less than 200 lbs.
To see the constant change in my body. To see the reaction on my husband's face once I get to my goal weight. TO PROVE ASK THOSE PEOPLE WON'T WHO SAID I COULDN'T DO IT!
Stay focused and keep eating right and exercising.
80 grams of protein a day, under 30 carbs, frequent exercise, 64 oz of water per day.
Walk 3 times per week. Enter calories/food into MyFitness Pal conscious eating daily 16oz water daily Prayer Daily
I want to be comfortable in my own skin next summer.
I'm hoping thinking of my beautiful daughter will help me achieve this goal. I want to do so much more with her. I would love to know she looks at me and she's proud of me.
Give up sugar.
this would be a major accomplishments. I will get there. one day at a time.
