Focus on low carb/high protein, no processed sugars. Exercise 4-5 times a week!
Stick to the plan. Stay on soft foods & high protein as long as possible. Hit the gym 3 times a week. Look good in a dress for my sons confirmation in May 2016.
Eat protein goal daily, drink water goal, exercise 3 times a week. Be patient!
I haven't figured this out yet but I will be going back to my gastric bypass diet and trying to get exercise.
Not sure if I can do this one but when I graduated boot camp 30 years ago....
