135 today. Still working on finding the right balance of what works to maintain instead of gaining or losing. A work in progress!

Crab, wait till Monday to be relieved. I used to make the same mistake the next day thinking I was okay. It seems to be common to take a couple days for folks. work your butt off now so it only lasts a day haha!
