Five years post-op on 8/21 and still having the time of my life. This surgery has been a wonderful gift. This year I participated in a mini-marathon...13.1 miles! I would never have attempted the race before my surgery. You can achieve anything you want if you have the desire to change. Make a simple change and see how wonderful your life can open up to greater challenges.
