Having wls is a big decision to make.....You have made the right one. CONGRATS!!.. Heres to an uneventful surgery and a speedy recovery. It is the best thing I could have ever done for myself and I bet you'll feel the same way too. Remember small bites, chew like theres no tomorrow, get tons of H2O, and dont forget that protein! Happy re-Birthday!!!!

I am totally with you on the thin person thing. I have always seen myself as the same size, I had no idea that I had gotten so large! So, I dont know what happens to us...how will we know that we are losing weight? Maybe we should tote around cameras, and take lotsa pics ;)
