Hi sweetie! I have my surgery scheduled (lapRNY) on September 3rd. I know just how you feel. While I do have wonderful support from my husband and kids and some family members, others including my best friend are COMPLETELY freaked out. My sister-in -law is convinced that I am going to die during surgery. WHAT A THING TO TELL ME! And she was one of my strongest supporters in the beginning. But as I told a co-worker today: The nay-sayers are just making me stronger and just make me research this surgery more and I just get more convinced that God has placed me in the right spot. I am doing exactly what I need to do and so are you. You are not being selfish! Like me you just want to get well so you CAN be there for your daughter. God bless and good luck! Rita

Hi,kimanne it took from june to now for all the test.And DR DELLINGER is only in this august less then 2weeks.Thats why I,had to have it on the 1st.Thank you for your support.may everything go good for you GODBLESS janet

thank you sooo much thursday 19 is my big day and it does seem that everything in the way is just draging by and not necsaary. Late sept or early oct is so soon I've waited 14 months but it all seems to long no matter how long we wait. best wishes carol.

Thank you Kimanne for posting a message on my site. I just signed up and I am amazed how fast I was found ;-). I read your page and it looks like you don't have a surgery date yet, but please keep us all up to date. All the best for you and great success with the surgery. Michael
