Hi Kim. I haven't heard from you in a while, hope all is well. You are in my prayers.

Why would your surgeon want you to wait a month to think about having your pouch repaired? I think if food leaks out from the staple line into your old stomach, it needs to be fixed. I wish you the best and pray you can continue your Journey free of complications.

Kim, I'm so sorry to hear about your setback... please try to keep positive... You may be down, but not out! Hang in there, give yourself time to clear your head... You will be in my prayers.

Kim you are doing great. Sounds like you just need a revision, not reversal. (I'm not a doc. though). Keep your chin up GF. You'll do just fine. Keep up that fabulous sense of humor-loved the boobs out of the bottom of the tankini! Hugs to you.

Hi Kim, You are so funny! I laughed my a** off reading your page. I am glad that you are having such success. I am having surgery on Monday, and I hope that I have good luck like you. I am glad that you are going to Key West. Have fun.

I'm a slow loser, too, and am fighting for each ounce, as you say. I've been on a plateau for nearly a week and hate to sit here without a loss. This is hard, isn't it? I think when we get to some huge amount off, like 75 pounds, and feel good because of that, it'll be easier to deal with (or I hope so!). Right now, I just miss feeling "normal" and wish the weight would come off like other people (and I promised I'd never say that, too!)

Kim: I know the embarassment, anger and pain that you felt when your own brother and a boy you liked hurt you. I remember when I was in the sixth grade, a boy that I had gone to school with since second grade was in my class. He had a plastic elephant and he said, "Look, this is an elephant and you're still bigger then it!" Making fun of overweight people is acceptable in this world. I hate it. It's not okay. I am sorry that happened to you. I know it really hurt you, because you still remember it today. Stay strong, Kim. You are a survivor. Friendliest Thoughts,
