I'm 9 months post-op VSG. I've lost 70 lbs from a high about 350.

Who has ideas to get back on track? I'm getting distracted by things I can eat and not focused enough on protein and water and fueling my body.

VSG February 4. I have not lost a single pound since surgery. I am following the plan seriously.

Walking daily. Vitamins. Eating according to plan. 60+ grams protein daily and drinking. About 1,000 calories daily.

Hi all - VSG February 4, 2019. I am on an emotional roller coaster. I don't know why I'm having such emotional reactions to all kinds of things - in this case my partner going back to work - I'm in tears and confused about where the emotional reactions

I was 345 pre-nutrifast and have only lost 20 lbs in the last four weeks.

I am following eating and drinking guidelines.

I dont understand what's going on.
