GREETINGS EVERYONE...

TODAY IS THE DAY... WE ARE ON A REAL MISSION... GET READY GET SET... LET'S LOSE... Now this challenge is going to get HARD... BUT we have all been there before with different challenges that we have faced... TODAY... we are going to stay FOCUSED... WE are going to STAY ON TOP of our GRIND... NOW let's do this...


I also want to let you all know that my cellphone wouldn't charge so I had to take it to Sprint and they gave me another one... I haven't had the chance to reprogram the numbers yet... SO there were no text messages sent out by me... I will be contacting you all by phone... EVERYONE will hear my voice today and prayerfully my phone should be back in business by tomorrow..

Okay... Here is what we are going to do... I want you all to send me your numbers... What are you weighing now?  On Monday... I will LOG everyone's weight that will enter this challenge and I will hold each other accountable!!!  I will post the ending results right here on OH!!! I won't post your current weight... This is going to be HARD however... WITH much MOTIVATION and DETERMINATION we will SUCCEED... I am excited...

LET's get in where we FIT IN!!! I did start the 5 day pouch test for 3 days and I lost 7 pounds... (That stuff happened in GA. and I got off track) I'm back on my grind now...

Greetings and blessings everybody...
Just wanted to check and see who's motivated motivated down right motivated?  I know I am... I'm getting ready to go and take a walk... AT LEAST 6 Miles today... I am so blessed that I am able to begin my journey... I haven't been back to the gym... HOWEVER... I will be back in there full force on Monday... Since my tummy tuck and breast lift I have been more motivated then ever... I have decided that gaining the weight back was not an option... That's not even up for discussion...

I need you my friends to take the time to realize that you have come a long way and your mind is also made up to NEVER RE-GAIN your weight back...

If you are having any negative thoughts, negative people around you or if you are feeling as though you want to GIVE UP!!! STOP the MADNESS... You have come to far to give up NOW...

Also so many of us have gone through a lot lately... Some of you have been sick... some of you are getting ready to go through surgery... GET YOUR MIND RIGHT... PRAY... Keep praying... STAY FOCUS... Don't turn to your old habits... Get more positive people in your corner...  DO THIS NOW...

By the way... I've even read where some of you are turning to the BOTTLE... I will personally be getting with you myself... TRUST AND BELIEVE... I'm in your corner... I'm here to help... That's not the way to GO... TRUST ME!!! It sounds good... YOU may even feel good... BUT WHAT ABOUT YOUR TOOL?  Let's get it together family.

Let's remember to keep Lavender and our prayers alone with #1 Mack Mama... GOD have blessed both of these ladies... Lavender is 5 years out... She's still losing and she is doing GREAT!!! Mack Mama was able to complete her tummy tuck and GOD knows she wanted this after being jacked up by one doctor... I'm so proud of BOTH of these woman... If you are a new to OH... Check these ladies out and read their stories... Talk to them... They can help you through some of your situations...

Also... ZEEBABY is having surgery on Wednesday... Zee is my little sister... I love her to DEATH... I'm very proud of her and she has her GOAL and her standards are HIGH... She knows that getting the weight off is beneficial to her...  Zee also knows that this journey is not easy.. She knows that she has to work HARD... She has to eat right and do all the right things... I'm in her corner... I want you all to be right there with me and her... Cheering her on... This is her big DAY!!! RE-BIRTH... A day that we all looked forward to coming... Also I am Zee's ANGEL... Not just a BIG sister... LOL

Let's keep all these woman in our prayer as they recover...

Okay... Today is another day... ARE YOU DRINKING YOUR WATER?  Have you taking your VITAMINS?  Have you had a protein drink today? If NOT WHY NOT?  Start walking... if you did a mile today... take up up to a mile in a half... Stay encourage... Stay focused and know that you have me right here cheering you on...

As you all know I had my breast lift and tummy tuck April 6, 2009... I am feeling GREAT... I am looking great and I am loving my life...  
I have 20 more days and I will be able to get back in the gym and get my workout on... I am more excited about that then I was having the surgery... My experience was great... The hospital staff was wonderful... I am loving the decisions that I have made thus far...

I wanted to encourage you all today... Take your vitamins... DRINK PLENTY OF WATER... Plenty of water doesn't mean... ONE CUTE CUP... GET your 64 oz in... If you are having a hard time... TEAM up with someone...

I've had several folks ask me to post daily and I think I am going to start posting on my blogs for you all everyday who wants to read...

This is a SITE to help one another... I will use it just for that!!! 

WALK TODAY... if you have children... GO TO THE PARK TODAY!!! GO to the MALL... WALK WALK WALK... A good walk is not just BREEZING... a GOOD WALK is STEPPING LIKE YOU'VE never STEPPED BEFORE!!!  DO MORE THAN 30 mins... I know that it takes time... HOWEVER... you can do it... start off with 20 mins... Everyday step your game up!!! NO one has anything more to lose then you!!!

I am down 152 pounds... It may be more than that... I have 27 more pounds to go to be at my goal weight that I have changed several times... LOL... I can't complain simply because I have done WELL... I am still eating right and doing what I suppose to do...

We all slip up... HOWEVER... We fix the problem and keep on stepping...

Family... DON'T GIVE UP!!! This journey is TOUGH!!! But we can DO IT!!!

Greetings everyone... On Monday at 12:00pm I will undergo cosmetic surgery... I am so EXCITED right now... Please keep me in your prayers alone with my family... Darius and Eboni won't be home due to final exams so I will really miss them...  I don't like having surgery and worrying at the same time and for some reason or another I am a little touched that they won't be here with me...  It's hard not having them home at this time due to the fact they we all grow up together and have never really been apart from one another other than them going off to college... However I do spend a lot of time on campus with them... I was even giving the title "MSU Mom"...

Who would've ever thought I needed encourgement as much as I encourage?  WHY do I feel so EXCITED but sad?

Please pray for me... We all know how the weekend goes... Today is FRIDAY... but Monday will be here tomorrow... LOL

Okay... So I went to see the Surgeon on March 12, 2009 at 9:30 am... GOT a call to day... YOUR TUMMY TUCK AND BREAST LIFT AS BEEN APPROVED... ... I am so happy!!!   Just in time for the summer...  It was told to me that the friends would be the first to hate... WOW...  TRUE TRUE TRUE... At any rate... This is my time to shine... Umma DO ME!!!  April 27, 2009 University of Maryland Hospital...
