HIYA WLS friends. I have recieved a lot of emails asking me to update my photo. GUESS WHAT...I DID it...will take a few days to show up on the board but you can get my webpage addy on my profile to sneak a peak. I have just celebrated my 7th month anniversary and now have lost 200 pounds...woooo hoooooooooooo Kimmie!! Each day holds a new element of surprise for me. Using Mara, my surgery sisters post I have many things that I have found LIBERATION with. To name a few....I can go to the movies and not have to crawl all over people or get my big rear in the face of other people, I can run 1 mile now and talk at the same time, no longer am I forced to go to large size specialiy stores to buy any article of clothing, at my annual appointment with my PCP I fit very comfortably into the regular size gown (didn't have to ask for 2 to cover me up), my life has taken on a meaning that I would never have thought possible when I began my journey. I still have some pounds to go and some major skin to deal with...take a look at my batwings...EWWWWW!! But, the BEST choice that I have ever made for me personally was to have surgery. For those of you considering ungoing the procedure take some time to research and read people's profiles. You will read many amazing stories of how people are no longer wall flowers and how people are living for the first time in a number of years. I am one of those people. KimmieTN
